Move-outs and property cleanups
If a property must be emptied by a handover date, include the deadline with your item list. Tell us who can provide access and approve the work.
For yard waste or renovation debris, send photos and name the materials. That lets us confirm what can be collected before the visit.
What should I send for a rental-property cleanout?
Send photos of the areas to empty, an item list, the address, and your deadline. Include contact details for the person arranging access.
